Previously known as iamslacker, Azfar Abu Bakar changes his stage name, and now he is known as Orang. Based on the songs that he has been publishing on his soundcloud page, it seems that Orang is now moving towards a more Bahasa Malaysia / Malay driven lyrics, though not losing his reverbed vocals / The Dodos-esque sound we’re fond of.
‘Sorang’ is an infusion of folk and hints of electronica elements, and judging from this track, we can’t wait for Orang to release a proper record.
