“A Night When The Moon Played The Piano”

It’s midweek! The restless are already making plans for afterwork/class leisure. And thanks to active and tasteful gig promoters who’ve been using the cool and open space of Laundry, posting gigs held there has been a weekly practice for us at The Wknd.

This Thursday, Malaysian alt rockers Stonebay will be having their first ever showcase in conjunction with the release of their latest single “Kita Bersama”. Expect the band’s crunchy guitar riffs and Oji’s rocking vocal range. Fans of bands like Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots or even Incubus shouldn’t miss this band’s reminiscent sound that have been cleverly induced with original Malaysian characteristics.

Opening for Stonebay that night will be Reaxi, Beatburns and Diandra Arjunaidi. Show starts at 9pm, it’s at Laundry so it’s FREE!
